About The Position

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles. It involves managing multiple related teams, typically through managers and/or team leads, and a large team of professionals and/or managers. The position sets organizational priorities, allocates resources, and executes department business plans. It also includes team leadership, performance management, and people development responsibilities to build strong teams. The role has budget responsibility for its area or function and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams. It implements functional plans, including business, production, and/or organizational priorities, and impacts business results by setting priorities, allocating resources, and developing policies and plans. Decision-making involves researching, analyzing, and evaluating data, and using judgment in applying professional expertise. The role influences others internally and externally, including senior division executives, vendors, or regulators, and applies an in-depth understanding of the business dynamics of its department/district, integrating within the division. Decision-making is guided by Functional/Regional/Country objectives.
