About The Position

The Technical Designer produces high-quality project deliverables and construction documents. The role may contribute across all phases of a project, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. The Technical Designer reports to the Production Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Revit.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Creativity, integrity, and initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects, adjust work accordingly, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of professional experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use design software to create presentations.
• Participate in drafting architectural construction documents in Revit.
• Assemble plans, construction documents, and other information for permitting.
• Coordinate the preparation of construction documents with team members.
• Assist with building Revit models during the design phase.
• Assist architects and project managers during the construction administration phase.
