We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to support our fast global growth. The Technical Delivery Manager is the single point of accountability for the technical lifecycle of every client engagement — from supporting the pre-sales team on RFPs and solution design, through integration and go-live, to production stability and long-term enhancements. The role sits in the Solutions team and operates at the intersection of three teams: Pre-Sales, Product Engineering and Customer Success. On the client side, the Delivery Manager ensures continuity — the same person who scopes the deal is responsible for the client's experience two years later. On the product side, the Delivery Manager bridges between Product and clients: tracking which clients are on which version, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring that releases are properly communicated so no client is caught off guard by a breaking change or a missed update.
