About The Position

The Cloud Technical Delivery Lead plays a crucial role within the Enterprise Technology and Operations (ETO) Cloud Platform product group, supporting public cloud and DevSecOps Pipeline teams. The primary cloud provider used is AWS. This role involves running dojo ceremonies, which are timeboxed upskilling engagements with application teams, and facilitating special projects. A key responsibility is managing quarterly major change implementations, requiring coordination with application teams and occasional after-hours work. The individual will serve as a dedicated delivery lead and facilitator within the ETO scaled agile framework. This position requires a strong understanding of Agile principles, familiarity with Scrum Master and Product Owner responsibilities, and the ability to coach engineers and product owners. A customer-focused mindset and collaboration with other agile delivery masters across ETO are essential for knowledge sharing and aligning deliverables. The role also involves facilitating coordination and tracking of major changes, with limited after-hours support required. Responsibilities include documentation and metrics reporting, utilizing tools like Confluence, Jira stories, and JQL for Jira dashboards. Additionally, the role focuses on streamlining processes within the Cloud Transformation Analysts team to better support application teams and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

Strong experience with Cloud Operations.
Experience with AWS as the main public cloud provider.

Responsibilities

Run dojo ceremonies, which are timeboxed upskilling engagements with application teams.
Facilitate special projects.
Manage quarterly bundle major changes, including customer (application team coordination).
Serve as a dedicated delivery lead and facilitator within the ETO scaled agile model.
Coach engineers and product owners on Agile principles and responsibilities.
Partner with other agile delivery masters across ETO to share knowledge and align deliverables.
Facilitate coordination and tracking of major changes.
Responsible for documentation and metrics reporting from Confluence, to Jira stories, to JQL which drives Jira dashboards.
Streamline processes within the Cloud Transformation Analysts team for the application teams supported.
Assist in the development and on-going management of processes and tools to automate and streamline program routines such as roadmaps, process flow, and fact/metric-based status reporting.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Master longer term metrics to delivery the full products, especially burndowns and roadmaps.
Facilitate implementation of multiple major changes in one change window, which may require after hours work (e.g., 8pm or midnight on weekends) on a limited basis.
Participate and coach team on best practices in scaled agile ceremonies, including scrum of scrum and big room planning.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, Jira backlogs and dashboards.
Create repetitive story ticket automations for two teams.
Work in an Agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
