The opportunity is for a Technical Customer Success Manager to transition partners from "signed" to "scaled." This role involves being a technical partner, working closely with fintechs and enterprises post-sale to ensure successful platform usage, maximize value, and facilitate expansion. The position sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Growth, owning customer relationships and shaping customer success scaling. This is a remote role open to candidates across Canada and the U.S., with a preference for EST-based candidates.
