About The Position

Oneleet is seeking a Technical Content Writer to join their growing team. This role is crucial for translating the company's strong opinions and technical expertise into compelling written content. The writer will be responsible for creating in-depth, well-researched content on security, compliance, and audit topics, ensuring it is technically accurate, opinionated, and engaging. The goal is to produce authoritative and quotable pieces that resonate with CTOs, security engineers, and auditors, effectively communicating Oneleet's unique perspective and solidifying their position as a leader in the security and compliance platform space. This is not a routine blogging role but a strategic position focused on creating foundational, high-impact content.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience writing technical content, preferably in B2B SaaS, security, or compliance.
• Writing that is genuinely sharp: tight, opinionated, structurally clean, and allergic to filler.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-experts while maintaining credibility with experts.
• A researcher's instinct, with a focus on primary sources and distinguishing fact from opinion.
• A rebellious streak and a willingness to challenge industry norms.
• Obsessive attention to accuracy; prioritizing factual correctness over sentence quality.
• Self-starter mentality, capable of taking a topic and point of view and producing exceptional work.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity without sacrificing quality or standards.
• Genuine curiosity about security and compliance, or the ability to quickly become knowledgeable.
• Comfortable working remotely within the EST time zone.

Nice To Haves

• Experience writing about SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or other compliance frameworks.
• Background in cybersecurity, DevOps, or software engineering (even informal).
• Experience with SEO or AEO best practices.
• Experience collaborating with a community/growth-focused teammate to repurpose long-form content.

Responsibilities

• Write in-depth, opinionated content on security, compliance, and audit topics (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, penetration testing, and beyond) that reads like it was written by someone who has actually done the work.
• Transform internal knowledge and founder insights into content that is sharp, technically bulletproof, and impossible to argue with.
• Conduct thorough research to defend every claim published against auditors, engineers, or skeptical CTOs.
• Develop and maintain a writing voice that is unmistakably Oneleet's: opinionated, precise, allergic to fluff, and always backed by substance.
• Optimize content for search and AI answer engines without compromising the quality or edge of the writing.
• Produce long-form, source-grade writing that can be excerpted and adapted by others for content and community initiatives.
• Manage a strict editorial calendar and publishing cadence, ensuring timely delivery of content.
