As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our remote Marketing & Communications team. This role is responsible for creating engaging, informative, and high-quality content that supports our brand, educates our audience, and strengthens our digital presence. The Content Writer will develop compelling content across multiple digital channels, including websites, blogs, marketing campaigns, social media, email communications, and sales materials. Working closely with marketing, business development, product, and leadership teams, you'll translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with excellent writing and editing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to adapt their writing style for different audiences and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional content writing, copywriting, journalism, or marketing communications experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to simplify technical or complex concepts for a broad audience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, case studies, white papers, and marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling copy for email campaigns, social media, brochures, presentations, and digital advertisements.
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to create informative and engaging content.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and leadership teams to develop content aligned with business goals.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) while maintaining readability and value for users.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
• Develop content calendars and manage multiple writing projects simultaneously.
• Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Assist with thought leadership articles, executive communications, and client-facing materials.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and audience engagement.
• Ensure all content meets company quality, style, and compliance standards.
• Support special marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
