About The Position

The Customer Outcomes Senior Technical Consultant configures the Logik Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) application according to leading practices to deliver customer outcomes. The consultant serves as a functional and technical expert during customer engagements, helps assess and improve business processes, and designs Logik solutions using an architecture intended for long-term success and aligned with ServiceNow technical standards. The role also includes overseeing and unit testing code developed by partners or customers, advising customers on the application’s capabilities, and providing product-development feedback based on customer experience.

Requirements

Experience leveraging or critically considering how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including through AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploration of AI’s potential impact.
Experience implementing enterprise software, particularly in the front office.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
Experience working collaboratively.

Configure the Logik application (Configure, Price, Quote) according to leading practices to achieve customer outcomes.
Serve as the functional and technical expert in customer engagements.
Participate in customer workshops to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
Design and deliver Logik solutions with a long-term technical architecture that follows ServiceNow standards and leading practices.
Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees.
Advise customers on using Logik application capabilities to improve business processes.
Provide product-development feedback based on experiences gained with customers.
