About The Position

Together AI is the AI native cloud, built to cater to the demand for the new generation of AI applications and agents. The company has experienced significant growth and has over a million developers. This newly created role will lead community engagement, acting as an advocate for the technical audience and ensuring they have the resources needed for success. The role involves owning X, LinkedIn, and Discord channels, setting strategy for community engagement and growth, and collaborating with technical teams to develop content and materials.

Requirements

3+ years of developer marketing and community engagement experience.
Deep understanding of the AI developer audience.
Keenly aware of social spaces that developers operate in, and ideally, they themselves operate in those spaces on X.
Naturally inclined towards social presence, always keeping a pulse on what’s happening in the developer world.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to build something from the ground up.
Data-driven and ideas person – always thinking of new experiments and content.
Ideally a developer themselves with an engineering background.

Responsibilities

Be the heartbeat of the Together AI technical community, understanding developers and researchers and enabling their success.
Operate community handles across X, LinkedIn, and Discord.
Own content strategy for these handles, delivering engaging content that the community cares about, including learning content and user content.
Collaborate across marketing, developer relations, and solution architect teams to deliver on the content strategy.
Experiment and test new ideas to see what resonates with the community, including new content types, competitions, and swag.
Translate deep understanding to deliver highly engaging in-person meetups and events (20% of the role), in collaboration with Events/Dev-rel teams.
