About The Position
CTC Chiropractic is hiring a Technical Chiropractic Assistant (TECA) in DeSoto, Texas. The role supports doctors and helps patients feel informed, confident, and cared for through consultations, chiropractic exams, patient education, and clinical support. The position is suited to someone who values compassionate care, building trust, attention to detail, and professional growth in a structured, patient-focused environment. This is a full-time position scheduled for 38–40 hours per week, with a one-hour lunch break. The example schedule is Monday, 7:30 AM–7:00 PM; Tuesday, 1:30 PM–6:30 PM; Wednesday, 7:30 AM–7:00 PM; Thursday, 7:30 AM–7:00 PM; and team training for approximately two hours every other Friday. Part-time schedules are also available for full-day shifts, such as Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday; attendance at Friday training twice a month is required for those schedules.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and chiropractic exams.
- Document clinical histories and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients about chiropractic care and their health journey.
- Support doctors with patient care and clinical tasks.
- Engage in referral conversations and collect patient testimonials.
- Learn and use clinical scripts to provide consistent, high-quality care.
