About The Position
This hybrid position combines chiropractic patient care with administrative duties. The Chiropractic Assistant supports patients undergoing treatment and contributes to the smooth operation of the healthcare facility. The role requires flexibility to help with operational needs as they arise and may require travel to other locations.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of direct patient care experience.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and paper charts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Patient-focused personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to travel to other locations as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance regulations.

- Familiarity with chiropractic treatment procedures.
Responsibilities
- Follow all orders given by the Chiropractic Physician.
- Apply hot or cold therapy as directed.
- Administer electric muscle stimulation.
- Perform mechanical traction procedures.
- Conduct unattended ultrasound sessions.
- Supervise therapeutic exercise activities.
- Provide healing support to patients undergoing chiropractic treatment.
- Contribute to administrative and operational needs as required.
