The Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to be a part of one of the most highly regarded park systems in the country. With more than 25,000 acres of parkland, nine Rec Centers, eight golf courses, three lakefront parks, and more, FCPA is an exciting organization to be a part of and there are many opportunities for staff to make a difference at every level. Under supervision of the Revenue Applications Manager, oversees and supports the Park Authority’s revenue collecting systems by managing system functionality, integrations, configuration, and data integrity. Leads the implementation, testing, and validation of system enhancements and software modifications. Serves as the primary technical liaison with vendors to ensure system performance aligns with operational requirements. Works closely with the Business Operations Analyst to ensure system capabilities effectively support operational workflows and program needs. Maintains system documentation, business rules, and technical processes, and facilitates end user support and training. Enhances system data capture and reporting capability to support informed business decision making and future technology needs. Ensures all agency revenue collecting systems meet regulatory requirements, such as PCI-DDS compliance, and adhere to all county and agency security and IT policies.
