The Technical Business Requirements Analyst serves as the business-facing liaison between manufacturing operations and Information Technology. The role translates manufacturing needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements for digital tools supporting production, inventory, supply chain, quality, engineering, configuration management, and shipping. Work may involve regular interaction with manufacturing areas, production personnel, engineering laboratories, cleanroom or controlled environments, offices, and technical workspaces. Occasional travel, off-shift implementation activities, and support during system cutovers or production releases may be required. The role may involve access to technical data or items subject to U.S. export-control regulations. Applicants must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain any required export authorizations. The stated good-faith base salary range is $120,000–$140,000, depending on experience, skills, and location; the range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.
