About The Position

Sage Haus is seeking a Technical Business Operations Lead to serve as the systems backbone of the company. This role will operate at the intersection of Sales, Services, Marketing, and Product, focusing on maintaining and improving operational tools, data integrity, automations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Initially, the role will be tactical, involving ownership of the operational stack, building automations, and optimizing existing systems. Over time, it will evolve to include more strategic responsibilities such as growth-strategy projects, data architecture, and shaping the future operational developments of Sage Haus. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys bringing order to complex systems.

  • Specific tooling experience with Notion, Make, Zapier, Breezy, Flodesk, Twilio, Calendly.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the core operational stack, including tools like Notion, Breezy, Calendly, Flodesk, Make, Zapier, and Twilio.
  • Build and maintain automations to connect different tools and minimize manual work.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools to support company scaling, including CRM solutions.
  • Serve as the team's expert on AI tooling, leveraging tools like Claude to create business leverage.
  • Ensure CRM data is clean, current, and usable.
  • Maintain accurate dashboards for real-time business health monitoring.
  • Extract data insights and build additional dashboards, views, and forms as needed.
  • Architect data systems that can scale with the company's growth.
  • Document workflows as they are developed.
  • Restructure and update existing SOPs to ensure accessibility.
  • Create repeatable playbooks to enable efficient team operations.
  • Build and manage trackers for key initiatives such as hiring cohorts, framework rollouts, and CRM rebuilds.
  • Support marketing operations, including systems, measurement, and campaign infrastructure.
  • Partner across functions to drive operational excellence.
  • Engage in growth-strategy projects, data architecture, and operational research to shape the company's future.
