About The Position

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Alexa+ Enterprise Business Development team as a Technical Business Development Manager, focused on developing innovative partnerships with leading brands and technology providers across the Hospitality, Senior Living, and Healthcare market segments. In this role, you will own channel partner relationships within your assigned segment and scale the adoption of Alexa+ Enterprise solutions. You will engage directly with key stakeholders to build executive relationships, communicate the Alexa+ value proposition, and secure customer commitments. You will work collaboratively with internal teams across product, engineering, legal, finance, and marketing to drive alignment, remove blockers, and ensure successful execution of partnership and deal requirements. You will dive deep to understand partner and customer objectives, conduct technical analysis to inform roadmap prioritization, and deliver concise, actionable feedback that enables decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong dealmaker with technical credibility who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are comfortable engaging at the executive level, can navigate complex commercial and technical negotiations, and have a proven track record of closing partnerships and driving revenue growth through both channel and direct motions. You bring solid business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions—both internally and externally.
