About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support technology transformation, AI enablement, and operational improvement initiatives across complex business environments. This role partners with business leaders and technical teams to analyze processes, identify opportunities, and help shape technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with an understanding of business systems, enterprise technology, analytics, and AI concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product, or transformation-focused roles
• Experience working in stakeholder-heavy or client-facing environments
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into structured recommendations
• Comfortable working across both business and technical teams

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or automation initiatives
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Jira, or Confluence
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or technology implementation initiatives
• Background in consulting, strategy, product, or operational transformation environments

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews across business and technology functions
• Document current-state business processes, workflows, systems, and technology environments
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, risks, action items, and dependencies with accuracy and clarity
• Analyze operational and technical challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate business requirements into clearly defined technical and functional recommendations
• Support development of business cases, implementation roadmaps, and executive presentations
• Partner with technical teams, operational leaders, and stakeholders to support transformation initiatives
• Assist in prioritization of initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and complexity
• Coordinate follow-up activities, project dependencies, and stakeholder communications
