About The Position

Accenture Flex is hiring a Technical Business Analyst for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role involves collaborating across groups, managing contributions, supporting key decisions, and providing solutions to challenges within and beyond the immediate team. The analyst will define economic and commercial models for solutions, including pricing, costs, and market opportunities; deliver offerings, products, or assets during engagements; lead campaigns to educate stakeholders about offerings or products; and oversee intellectual property strategies and compliance with relevant policies. The position requires onsite client work in Pennington, New Jersey, three days per week (60%) and remote work two days per week (40%). Five days away from work are mandated per calendar quarter.

Requirements

At least 5 years of requirements management experience.
At least 4 years of JIRA experience.
At least 4 years of user story refinement experience.
Associate's degree.
Advanced proficiency in requirements analysis.
Advanced proficiency in business process design.

Financial services experience, specifically in corporate audit technologies.
