Technical Business Analyst
About The Position
Seeking 1 - 3 Technical Business Analysts to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams within a payment's environment. This individual will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements, documenting end-to-end designs and data mappings, and partnering closely with technical teams to deliver payment-related technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong BA fundamentals with enough technical depth to work effectively with architects, developers, and other technology partners. Prior payments-domain experience is highly preferred. Manager is looking for someone with 8+ years of experience with consistent work history.

Nice To Haves
- Payments domain experience, particularly: Core payments, ISO / ISO 20022, ACH, Treasury / Treasury payments
- Experience working in a large banking or financial-services technology organization.
- Spanish speaking is a huge bonus as they do a lot of work with the LATAM teams.
