About The Position

This candidate will act as a business analyst and subject matter expert in Employee Communication (ECOMMS) Surveillance, analyze the requirements, liaison with stakeholders and partner with development team. The candidate will need good communication skills paired with technical skills in order to successfully. Subject Matter Expert in Smarsh Enterprise Conduct OR Conduct Surveillance or any other Employee communication (ECOMMS) Monitoring tools

Requirements

  • Strong SQL and Data Analysis knowledge is a must
  • Relevant work experience with business requirements definition and management (end to end), structured analysis, process design, and use case documentation
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective collaborator across a variety of IT and Business groups, regions, roles and levels
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience with software development projects

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Java, Scala or Python is preferred.
  • Experience in Testing/Tuning of Natural Language Models used in ECOMMS domain.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business to help translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, testable specifications.
  • Work as a member of an Agile squad in the development of surveillance controls
  • Work as a liaison between business unit and delivery team in all phases of development from product definition to deployment
  • Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions and project strategies, and engage in negotiations.
  • Act as SME to business working with them on system and data questions
  • Write BDD cases that can be used to streamline QA and UAT processes
