About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with extensive experience in technology delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. This role requires a proactive, independent problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technology delivery team as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst driving a minimum of five concurrent technology deliverable projects of varying sizes.
• Experience with delivery of systems/applications in the Agile environment.
• Experience with various Agile ceremonies such as PI planning and retrospectives.
• Proven confident and creative problem-solver.
• Ability to drive interaction with resources and work independently.
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
• Hands-on experience in delivering technical solutions.
• Experience with requirements gathering into Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios.
• Demonstrable experience providing subject matter expertise within the technical domain.
• Experience with Agile development teams comprised of developers, scrum masters, analysts, product owners, testers.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, ALM for requirements and SDLC, knowledge sharing and documentation of requirements, and issue tracking.
• Strong communicator with great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive technology delivery projects from requirement gathering through testing.
• Gather requirements into Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios.
• Provide subject matter expertise within the technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
• Coordinate end-to-end project deliveries.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams including developers, scrum masters, analysts, product owners, and testers.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, and ALM for requirements management, SDLC, knowledge sharing, documentation, and issue tracking.
