About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, creating user stories and product backlogs, and facilitating Agile processes. This role requires experience in managing IT and business projects, converting requirements into actionable specifications, and collaborating effectively with both technical and business teams. Experience in the Pension or Healthcare industry is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 - 5 years of experience managing IT and/or business projects.
• Experience working on large-scale projects.
• Experience handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
• Demonstrated knowledge of both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Technical background.
• Experience in creating user stories and product backlogs.
• Experience in Agile facilitation.

Nice To Haves

• 2-4 years of experience in Pension/Healthcare.
• Pension experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and Document Business Requirements – Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed Business Requirement Design (BRD) documents.
• Develop Functional Specifications – Convert business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for technical and product teams.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Serve as the primary liaison between business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.
• Support and Coordinate Functional Testing – Define test scenarios, assist in test planning, and validate that developed solutions meet functional requirements through user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure Traceability and Quality – Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements and support issue resolution throughout the development and testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business owners to collect requirements, convert them into functional specifications and business requirement documents.
• Collaborate with the technical team for product backlog preparation, fine-grain task generation, and dependency identification.
