The Technical Business Analyst bridges business needs and technical implementation, working with stakeholders, developers, architects, product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams in an Agile environment. The role combines business analysis, software development knowledge, and Agile practices to shape software solutions and support projects from requirements gathering through implementation. The analyst gathers and documents business and technical requirements, translates them into technical specifications and Agile user stories, and supports solution design through workflow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and functional models. The position works with APIs, databases, system integrations, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications to assess feasibility and align technical implementation with business requirements. It also supports data analysis, testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, release readiness, implementation planning, production support, and User Acceptance Testing. The role contributes to Agile delivery through sprint activities, backlog refinement, feature prioritization, and coordination between business and technical teams. It also maintains technical documentation, process workflows, and user guides; analyzes system usage and performance trends; and identifies process improvements and opportunities for automation. This is a hybrid role with work performed from home and in an office. The position operates in a general office environment, requires regular computer use and attendance at in-person meetings, and may involve prolonged sitting. Home office arrangements must meet organizational guidelines.
