About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of software development, the developer journey, and software delivery performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and the ability to analyze data from multiple sources to create insightful dashboards for both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires experience with engineering analytics platforms, internal developer platforms, and familiarity with developer tooling ecosystems. You should possess strong product thinking, excellent communication skills, and comfort with process improvement in a dynamic environment. Experience configuring and analyzing SaaS platforms is also essential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience relevant to the responsibilities of this role.
• Strong understanding of software development, the developer journey, and software delivery performance metrics.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and create dashboards that communicate meaningful insights to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience with engineering analytics platforms such as LinearB, Jellyfish, Haystack, or comparable tools.
• Experience with internal developer platforms such as Backstage or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with developer tooling ecosystems, including integrated development environments, Git and source control workflows, and CI/CD.
• Ability to measure and improve developer productivity using telemetry and feedback.
• Strong product thinking and an understanding of developer needs and workflows.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical challenges and confidently present recommendations.
• Comfort helping define and improve processes in an evolving area of the organization.
• Experience configuring and analyzing SaaS platforms.
