About The Position

Impiricus is seeking a Technical Associate Product Manager, Ascend, to contribute to the evolution of its rapidly growing product line. This role will focus on supporting the core Ascend roadmap and managing daily product execution. The position involves collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to deliver new features, enhance platform workflows, and ensure successful market launches. This is a hands-on role suitable for an entry-to-mid-level Product Manager, offering the opportunity to significantly influence the future direction of the Ascend product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing innovative healthcare products powered by the latest AI technology and driving product launches.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, analytics, consulting, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Comfortable writing requirements and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious, and energized by a high-growth environment where the roadmap evolves quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Support roadmap planning and execution across core Ascend platform initiatives.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design through discovery, build, launch, and iteration.
  • Help prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, and business goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success.
  • Track product performance and adoption metrics; surface insights and recommendations.
  • Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to inform feature improvements.
  • Maintain strong product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials.
  • Support UAT, rollout readiness, and post-launch follow-up.
