About The Position

The Technical Architect defines project scope based on client requirements, manages engagement economics according to project estimates, and collaborates with senior client stakeholders to resolve delivery issues. The role covers project planning and scope, schedule, and configuration management for a single line of business (LOB), as well as resource and team management, quality and risk management, engagement economics, pursuit management, and stakeholder management. The position requires program management skills and 8–10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Develop project scope based on business and resource requirements for a single LOB, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Review project deliverables for alignment with client expectations, quality standards, and contractual SLAs; provide feedback and guide technical leads in making improvements.
Create weekly and monthly MIS reports for a single LOB to track operational, quality, and fulfilment parameters; escalate deviations from the project charter and ensure corrective actions.
Plan and allocate resources according to project needs, manage attrition and performance outcomes, conduct performance appraisals, and guide team members’ professional growth and improvement.
Identify and assess project risks or issues, implement mitigation methods, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to integrate quality planning into project execution.
Create project estimates based on project scope, approach, and milestones, and manage change requests.
Assist in preparing proposals and estimates for upcoming engagements within one LOB.
Collaborate with technical teams and client Directors on sprint planning, delivery issues, and project updates.
Maintain regular coordination with Workforce Management Group and Quality Assurance teams to ensure resource fulfilment and quality adherence.
