Technical Architect
About The Position
The Technical Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of portals using Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. This role involves documenting functional specifications, communicating project vision and solution design to development staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. The architect will provide oversight and leadership for solution implementation, guide the development team, and liaise between internal teams. Additionally, they will communicate complex technical issues and advise stakeholders on design updates and potential risks and challenges.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or any technical/analytical field closely related to the specialty
- Two (2) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field
- Salesforce CRM Development and Administration
