About The Position
The Technical Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of portals using Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud; Document functional specifications; Communicate project vision and solution design to development staff; ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices; Provide oversight and leadership for solution implementation; guide development team and liaise between internal teams; Communicate complex technical issues and advise stakeholders on design updates and potential risks and challenges.
