About The Position

This role involves owning the solution architecture for Copilot agents built on Microsoft Copilot Studio. The Technical Architect will guide and review the agent build process by offshore engineers, set the technical direction, and establish the quality bar. This position requires front-end technical discussions with Matson leadership and technical teams, acting as a trusted onsite point of continuity. A key responsibility is ensuring the platform architecture is cloud-sound and integrates cleanly with the customer's environment.

Requirements

• Proven Copilot agent development on Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, connectors, and governance.
• Cloud architect background with, at minimum, Azure application architecture experience (AWS experience a strong plus).
• Strong customer-facing communication and the ability to work independently onsite.
• Power Platform governance — environment strategy, DLP policies, RBAC, and Copilot Credits / consumption management.
• Integration and identity patterns: REST APIs, Azure AD / Entra ID, secure secrets handling (Key Vault).
• Responsible AI, security hardening, and solution-design documentation for executive and technical audiences.
