Requirements

  • Associates degree in Computer Science, Electrical Technology, IT or related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot low-voltage hardware and electrical systems.
  • Ability to understand HVAC mechanical plans, wiring diagrams and building drawings.
  • Proficiency in using Visio, AutoCAD or similar CAD software and related tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent applications.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Documentation Control for the Retail group by facilitating the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process from change-start to change-completion.
  • Assist in maintenance of mechanical drawings for our internal products and applications.
  • Collaborate with Field Operations to develop EMS installation documentation packets, user guides, quick start guides, and instructional documentation.
  • Support sales quoting by reviewing customer drawings for orders and creating EMS bills of materials.
  • Assist in the physical/electrical evaluation of returned products.
  • Handle and coordinate incoming and outgoing material at the Manchester office location.
  • Support Retail Deployment and Solutions Engineering personnel with field-related HW questions.
  • Assist in maintaining calibration of company-owned equipment at the Manchester, NH facility and distributors.
  • Provide clerical/administrative support, including tracking forms and reports, filing master documents, and distributing documentation to departments or customers.
  • Manipulate, modify, and update documents and drawings using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and AutoCAD.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing personalized support and solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
