About The Position

SAIC is looking for a Tech Analyst to ensure conformance of incoming material for all (GBAD) Ground base air defense, specifically (MADIS) Marine Air Defense Integrated systems.

Requirements

• Ensure conformance of incoming material for all (GBAD) Ground base air defense, specifically (MADIS) Marine Air Defense Integrated systems.
• Conduct inspections of incoming parts and First Article Inspections (FAI) using functional, design, process, and other contractual requirements for electrical parts, mechanical parts, and assemblies.
• In-process inspections prior to the customer inspections.
• Verify subassemblies and installations met requirements to commercial and military engineering drawing specifications, workmanship standards, and that the applicable documentation was completed.
• Record observations and trends of product quality to identify areas that needed improvement.
• Coordinate inspection findings with quality team members, production leads, and the applicable engineer.
• Promote better quality in the production process and product and improve customer satisfaction.
• Document findings, observations, or anomalies in accordance with nonconformance systems and procedures.
• Provide Supplier Quality Engineers with trends in vendor product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Documented findings, observations, or anomalies in accordance with nonconformance systems and procedures providing the Supplier Quality Engineers with trends in vendor product quality and performance.
