About The Position

The Opportunity: -Help develop and maintain a military healthcare system supporting deployments -Drive user adoption and rollout across multiple AORs and services -Develop solutions to edge cases, user problems and changing requirements Responsibilities: -Build out processing workflows for new users being onboarded -Develop and improve JIRA plugins to expand system functionality -Create reporting dashboards in response to requests from HQ staff -Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements for rollouts -Add to system documentation on system wiki -Assess incoming trouble tickets and resolve them
