About The Position

• Resolve escalated technical issues across hardware, software, applications, and network systems • Assist with day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and backup systems • Write scripts to automate routine tasks and reduce manual work • Apply AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to improve how we monitor and respond to issues • Support IT projects by owning specific tasks and keeping documentation current • Partner with departments across our restaurant, hotel, and healthcare divisions to solve technology problems • Identify process improvement opportunities and bring real solutions to help us better every day.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or a related IT role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID basics
  • Solid infrastructure fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, Windows Server, virtualization, backups
  • Automation and scripting experience: able to develop, modify, and troubleshoot scripts to support system and operational tasks.
  • Familiarity with Intune or endpoint management tools
  • Curiosity about AI and automation tools, and how to apply them practically
  • A bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred; relevant experience and certifications are equally considered
  • Someone who works well on a small team, communicates clearly, and takes ownership without needing constant direction
