• Resolve escalated technical issues across hardware, software, applications, and network systems • Assist with day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and backup systems • Write scripts to automate routine tasks and reduce manual work • Apply AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to improve how we monitor and respond to issues • Support IT projects by owning specific tasks and keeping documentation current • Partner with departments across our restaurant, hotel, and healthcare divisions to solve technology problems • Identify process improvement opportunities and bring real solutions to help us better every day.
