About the role Support ERP delivery by driving module-level requirement analysis, documentation, and validation , ensuring alignment with overall BA strategy and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Business Analysis or related experience
• Basic understanding of: o Requirement documentation (BRD/FRD) o User stories and Agile workflows
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Engineering / Technical degree (preferred)
• Understanding of: o System workflows o Basic data structures and integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed analysis for assigned modules: o Inventory & Logistics o Maintenance (MRO) o Technical Documentation / Configuration o Procurement / HR o Analytics & Reporting
• Break down high-level requirements into functional and user stories
• Contribute to: o FRD / SRS sections o User stories and acceptance criteria
• Maintain documentation consistency with BA standards
• Work closely with engineering teams to: o Clarify requirements o Validate technical feasibility
• Conduct module-specific discussions and walkthroughs
• Utilize AI tools to: o Assist in requirement breakdown and user story creation o Analyze data patterns for module insights o Support documentation and test scenario generation
• Gather feedback and refine requirements
