About The Position

Staples' Digital Solutions team is seeking a Technical Analyst II to provide day-to-day user support for corporate associates in the Framingham, MA office and support remote Staples associates. This role is part of a team driving significant technology transformations. The position requires 4 days in the office, with the schedule to be agreed upon with the hiring manager. A 24/7 on-call rotation for a limited list of VIPs may be required.

Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to lift and move computer equipment and printers.
2+ years or greater of Personal Computer support experience: PC software / hardware, Windows 11, Apple/Mac.
Mobile support experience.
Microsoft Office 365.
PC imaging & software deployment systems (SCCM).
Mac imaging via JAMF.
Understanding of TCP/IP and LAN networks.

Related IT Certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day user support for corporate associates in the Framingham MA corporate office and support remote Staples associates.
Assist with Incidents, Service Requests, and PC Refresh.
Perform Imaging of new equipment and installation of company-approved software.
Assist with user data/settings identification and restoration per customer instruction when applicable.
Provide post-deployment support for desktops/laptops.
Provide support of enterprise applications on mobile devices.
Interact with customers, associates, contractors, and vendors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
De-installation of assets including any necessary data removal.
Remote resolution of Incidents when possible.
Configure and install network printers.
Maintain all relevant documentation.
