About The Position

This role requires extensive experience in program and project management within the intelligence community, with a focus on modernization and innovation. The Technical Advisor III will define program objectives, manage resources, and engage stakeholders to support Multi-Domain Operations and Data Literacy initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's Degree (MA/MS) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of program and project management experience; OR Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) with a minimum of twenty (20) years of program and project management experience.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of military or civilian intelligence experience at the national, operational, or tactical level in one or more intelligence disciplines, including: Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Collection Management.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading or advising intelligence modernization and innovation programs.
• Experience defining program objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Experience building collaborative relationships with government, industry, military, and intelligence community leadership.

• Experience supporting Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) initiatives or organizational Data Literacy programs.
