About The Position

As a Technical Account Manager at ICE Consulting, you will be crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your main duties will involve understanding clients' IT requirements and efficiently managing their technical support needs. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, excellent customer service, and the ability to analyze data to implement strategic solutions. You will collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure clients' IT infrastructures are secure and efficient, acting as the primary contact for all technical inquiries.

Requirements

  • 6-11 years of experience in IT management or as a technical account manager, ideally with a focus on consulting within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong IT background with proven experience in relevant technologies and systems
  • Strong proficiency with ticketing and quotation applications (e.g., ConnectWise, QuoteWerks)
  • In-depth knowledge of technical management, system analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
