Job Overview We are seeking a customer-focused and technically curious Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support enterprise customers utilizing our healthcare data licensing solutions. This role serves as a key technical partner to Customer Success Managers and customers by providing ongoing technical guidance, troubleshooting support, data delivery validation, and escalation management throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with healthcare data ecosystems, including healthcare claims, electronic health records (EHR), or related healthcare data assets and workflows. This individual should be comfortable supporting customers in complex, data-driven healthcare environments while balancing technical problem solving with strong customer engagement. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex customer challenges, and is motivated by building trusted customer relationships through technical expertise and collaboration.
