About The Position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Treasure AI is a technical specialist role focused on providing advanced platform expertise and implementation support to both enterprise customers and strategic partners. As Treasure AI evolves into an AI-native company where the CDP serves as the contextual data foundation powering AI agents and intelligent automation the Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a key role in guiding customers through this transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or solutions architecture
  • Strong experience with: Data connectivity and ingestion architectures
  • Solution architecture and system design
  • Data engineering principles and practices
  • Basic understanding of AdTech and MarTech ecosystems
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and data modeling experience
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design
  • Strong technical documentation and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Treasure Data or similar CDP platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing technology and advertising technology landscapes
  • Expertise in one or more specialty areas

Responsibilities

  • Be the technical authority for Treasure AI platform capabilities, serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges faced by customers and partners.
  • Guide technical solution design and architecture, providing expert guidance on data connectivity, ingestion patterns, and implementation approaches.
  • Lead technical deep-dives and knowledge transfer sessions to enable customers and partners on platform features, focusing on technical best practices and optimal implementation patterns.
  • Proactively monitor and optimize customer environments, identifying opportunities for technical enhancements and providing clear visibility into platform performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture documents, implementation guides, and best practice recommendations.
  • Drive technical product adoption by assessing the feasibility of proposed solutions, advising on platform capabilities, and ensuring successful implementation of complex use cases.
  • Provide technical leadership in partner and customer implementations, coordinating with implementation teams to ensure architectural integrity and best practices are maintained.
  • Deliver regular technical status updates and recommendations, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Stay current with the latest platform features and capabilities, providing technical guidance on new functionality and potential applications.
  • This is a hands-on role – be ready to jump in and use the product from day one.
  • Guide customers in adopting Treasure AI's AI-native tooling including Treasure Code (CLI/SDK), Treasure Studio, and the AI Agent Foundry to accelerate implementation workflows and enable AI-assisted operations.
  • Support the design and deployment of AI agents (Audience Agents, Custom Agents, Marketing Super Agent) from POC through production, helping customers unlock value from Treasure Data's agentic capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities within customer accounts to drive adoption of AI-powered features across Personalization, Engagement, and Creative AI Suites, contributing to AI Credit consumption growth.
  • Leverage AI tools internally (Treasure Studio, Claude-powered skills) to accelerate technical discovery, solution design, and documentation modeling AI-native ways of working for the broader TAM organization.
