About The Position

You’ll be joining Adobe on a contract opportunity, employed through NextDeavor. You will act as a trusted technical and strategic partner to the client, translating high-level business needs into operational and technical plans that improve product performance and customer adoption. You will engage with Director- and VP-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
  • At least seven years of full-time experience in consultative, development, customer support, or related roles in marketing technology
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven presentation skills and experience organizing and leading high-profile customer calls and meetings
  • Customer-facing experience on enterprise projects
  • Technical familiarity with one or more: Java, SQL, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, CSS, REST, XML, web-server technologies
  • Competency in analytical problem solving, building customer/partner relationships, cross-functional collaboration, project management, strategic insight, and product & technology expertise

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and familiarity with Marketo or AJO B2C (primary, a plus but not required)
  • Familiarity with RTCDP, AEP, or Target

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage expectations across internal and external teams
  • Engage with senior executives to translate business needs into technical and operational plans
  • Coordinate and drive efforts to optimize product performance and increase customer adoption
  • Lead customers through complex environment changes and upgrades, and supervise resolution of technical critical issues
  • Deliver proactive status updates, notifications about upcoming releases, and recommendations on potential impacts
  • Lead regular customer check-ins and participate in quarterly business reviews
  • Provide deliverables, guidelines, and ongoing development of both technical and soft skills
