About The Position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is an individual contributor on the Fortress Delivery - Government team and serves as the technical point of contact for assigned scope within a federal program. The TAM translates client mission requirements into platform configuration, delivery tasking, and technical guidance for working-level government stakeholders. The role bridges client advisory, delivery execution, and product feedback, with direct exposure to DoD and Navy programs.
