The Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Hybrid Cloud is a strategic and technical advisor responsible for driving customer success across complex hybrid IT environments that span on-premises infrastructure, private clouds, and public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). This role includes post-sales technical guidance, pre-sales support, and consultative business development to support client transformation journeys and growth initiatives. The TAM builds strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders, aligns hybrid cloud solutions to business goals, and ensures high-quality service delivery, optimization, and account expansion.
