About The Position

The Platform Technical Account Manager at Integral Ad Science owns the post-sales technical relationship for key clients. The role drives efficiency and business value by helping clients fully leverage IAS solutions, analyzing customer workflows, identifying process improvements, and advising on best practices in digital media and ad tech. It is a fluid position in which priorities, ownership areas, and day-to-day focus may shift as client needs and internal processes evolve. The successful candidate is comfortable working in ambiguous situations without a fully defined playbook and adapting accordingly. The role serves as the primary technical contact for key clients, manages technical support operations against contractual SLAs, and applies contract knowledge to prioritization and escalation decisions. It also involves monitoring client health, identifying issues proactively, delivering training on AI-driven features and integrations, and finding opportunities to automate workflows. The Technical Account Manager relays client feedback to Product and Engineering and collaborates across Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Operations. Occasional travel to client sites may be required. Integral Ad Science is a global media measurement and optimization platform serving advertisers, publishers, and media platforms. Its software provides data to help ensure ads are viewed by real people in safe and suitable environments, improve advertisers’ return on ad spend, and increase publisher yield. The company’s mission is to be the global benchmark for trust and transparency in digital media quality.
