Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Account management, or similar role in the programmatic space, focusing on DSPs, SSPs or publishers.
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative solutions to a technical environment.
  • Team player with a positive outlook, contributing to a growing organization.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with limited processes.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and success-driven personality.
  • Exceptional analytical and consulting skills with experience in SQL
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of programmatic advertising (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, publisher and servers, video players, OTT), web and mobile development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, APIs), and big data/data science

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of DSP partnerships in NA from onboarding to integration.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting account managers with strategic planning.
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical support, resolving issues, and escalating problems when necessary.
  • Participate and join POD meetings daily, weekly, as required.
  • Daily monitoring of Key KPIs and integration health metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with commercial counterparts and engage in tickets and threads as required to complete tasks.
  • Track tasks and initiatives in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives with commercial stakeholders, offering insights into larger opportunities for the region.
  • Identify ways to improve performance and efficiency, using data-driven analysis for DSPs partners.
  • Understanding the main objectives for our partners and how tasks we are executing for them contribute to growing our SOV.
  • Use internal BI tools to gain an in-depth understanding of performance related issues, and opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Regularly review integration health and monitor DSP KPIS, flagging issues and resolving problems with partners proactively.
  • Serve as a consultant to strategic DSP partnerships, helping them understand product offerings and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Index’s product offerings and exchange functions for both DSPs.
  • Participate in and support experiments, product releases, and the development of new features on the exchange.
  • Perform required operational tasks for the region and globally as required.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of partners' unique setups and existing problems/issues.
  • Act as an escalation POC for issues impacting NA DSPs, routing problems to the correct teams or resolving them independently.
  • Act as an escalation point for issues occurring in APAC/EMEA outside of international working hours.
  • Support the execution and development of team goals and strategic initiatives through project management and creating presentation decks.
