About the position
We are seeking hardworking technical leads, TAMs, or architects to join our team and advise our growing customer base in the emerging Digital Experience Platform (DXP) industry. As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, leveraging your expertise in digital delivery to drive success. You will collaborate with a global Technical Account Management & Marketing Consultancy team, providing guidance and expertise to customers. Fluency in Japanese is required for face-to-face consultations with customers. This role offers the chance to travel and build strong relationships with clients, while also receiving training on our DXP offering and working with cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Listen to customers and identify their business drivers
- Build platform strategies to achieve customer business goals
- Consult on technical and strategic topics, including standard methodologies and delivery strategies with Acquia products
- Identify business risks and provide technical solutions to mitigate them
- Connect customers with other subject matter specialists within Acquia
- Communicate with customers verbally and in writing with clarity and courtesy
- Work with customers across various mediums such as video calls, phone conferences, email, chat, and face-to-face
- Efficiently handle multiple requests from multiple customers
- Collaborate with team members on technical and customer service challenges
- Travel to customers located across Japan and South-east Asia (COVID-19 pending)
Requirements
- Hardworking technical leads, TAMs or architects
- Experience in digital delivery
- Ability to advise and consult with customers
- Familiarity with global sporting events, international news, media, healthcare, etc.
- Willingness to work across multiple accounts, technologies, projects, and potentially countries
- Ability to travel and build face-to-face relationships with customers
- Japanese language competency for face-to-face consultations with customers
- Ability to listen to customers and identify their business drivers
- Strong platform strategy development skills
- Knowledge of Acquia products, including cloud hosting
- Ability to identify and mitigate business risks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in working across various mediums (video calls, phone conferences, email, chat, face-to-face)
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple customer requests
- Collaboration skills to work with other team members on technical and customer service challenges
- Willingness to travel to customers located in Japan and South-east Asia (COVID-19 pending)
- Motivated to resolve hard problems
