About The Position

Syneos Health is a leading life sciences services organization that partners with innovators across the drug development and commercialization continuum. The Clinical Solutions team members act with a drug development mindset, applying their expertise to understand customer needs and shape solutions. This role is critical for coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for key personnel within the unit, developing protocol-specific activity grids, and assigning tasks based on staff availability and protocol timelines. The increasing workload and growing number of active protocols have placed significant pressure on this function, making it essential to fill this replacement position quickly to maintain operational continuity and ensure timely, accurate scheduling support.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills especially in the utilization of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of relevant work experience (e.g. scheduling, planning, labour standards).
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in a regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Create study frame and activity grids for studies in order to determine operational needs according to the protocol.
• Plan and validate screening, on-study and return visits schedules for operational clinical employees according to the needs.
• Plan and validate screening, on-study and return visits schedules of physicians according to medical supervision needs.
• Perform follow-up, update and optimize clinical tasks.
• Schedule operational training in collaboration with the training team.
• Manage operational clinical employee rotation and availability.
• Participate in the assignment of clinical units.
• Determine, as needed, the necessary actions in order to streamline efficiency.
• Perform follow-up for employee absences on study (illness or other).
• Perform technical activities related to his field of expertise.
• May be assigned other clinical tasks.
• Responsible for performing activities that are in compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Operating Guidelines and performing other duties as assigned by management.
