About The Position

The Tech Ridge Merchandise Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store. The role follows operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards and may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The associate supports a positive store culture and helps meet store safety and shrink-reduction goals. Retail customer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, and count change according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and help maintain the cleanliness of the entire store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Follow applicable labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
