About The Position

In this role, you will work within a global recruiting team, supporting internal partners with finding the very best talent while providing excellent customer service for our hiring managers. You will partner with business leaders, Human Resources, and other leaders within our internal teams to create and implement sustainable recruiting programs to address immediate and long-term staffing goals. As a Technology Recruiter, you will focus on finding and hiring talent in the fast-paced and competitive fields of Engineering and Product. This will require experience in recruiting in these fields and knowledge of terminology and different technologies to fully understand hiring requirements, candidate expertise, and best strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in end-to-end in-house or agency recruitment role.
Experience as a Tech Recruiter with a track record of successfully placing candidates in engineering or product roles.
Knowledge of the tech industry, technical roles, and the latest industry trends.
Experience with Workday or another ATS.
Experience with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
Experience working closely with hiring managers to fill requirements in a timely manner.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Recruiting.
Working knowledge of Excel.
Able to manage relationships across multiple levels of an organization and different disciplines, managing their expectations and delivering on agreed outcomes.
Able to understand the needs of a position and identify key factors, translating that into a search for candidates who align with those requirements.
Able to take large amounts of information and distill this to the key factors, then using these key factors to direct efforts.
Efficiently manage own workload, ensuring that assignments are completed within specified timeframes and in line with hiring needs.
Able to address problems as they arise and find suitable solutions.
Focused on achieving the end goal of filling positions but also takes initiative to solve problems as you can see them coming.
Demonstrates awareness of the team's workload and challenges and is able to offer support when needed.
Able to manage workload across various roles and levels.
Able to provide a high level of service to candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
Able to work across multiple time zones in a global team environment and commit to occasional travel.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns from intake call to screening resumes, sourcing talent, making the initial call with candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
Maintain broad partnership with hiring managers, certain leaders, and HRBPs to plan for recruitment needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine effective recruitment strategies, which may involve advertising, direct sourcing, agencies, and exploring internal solutions.
Partner with the sourcing team to find the best talent and build pipelines for future requirements.
Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates during the recruitment process, working to build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates.
Participate in employer branding activities to attract top tech talent and enhance our reputation in the tech industry.
Emphasize the importance of diversity and equity in the recruitment process.
Attend recruitment events when required, speaking to potential candidates.
Assist with other ad-hoc projects as required.
