The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or F-1 STEM OPT extension.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Graduate from an accredited radiography program of study.
Functions as an Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath or Electrophysiology Lab Technologist.
Ability to improvise standard procedures.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, making decisions and directing work and patient flow to achieve maximum operational efficiency.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
ARRT-R and Arizona CRT required.
Basic Life Support Certification is required upon hire and must be valid for 90 days or greater from start date.
Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) Competency.
ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
CV, CI,VI, RCIS or RCES required within two years of hire.

Nice To Haves

One year experience as an interventional radiology or cardiac cath lab technologist preferred.
Certification in Cardiac or Vascular Intervention by the ARRT preferred.

Responsibilities

Administers ionizing radiation using imaging modalities to perform radiographic procedures of a highly specialized nature.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span.
Assesses data reflective of the patients status and appropriately interprets information relative to the patients age-specific needs.
Provides support within the Interventional Radiology suites.
Provides imaging support for the Hybrid operating room.
Assists in Stealth guidance.
