Rad Tech
About The Position
The Rad Tech performs diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and applicable HFAP, TJC, local, state, and federal regulations, including CMS requirements. The role serves as a first-line interface with customers and supports the successful completion of their imaging needs. The Rad Tech participates in PI/QC activities and processes and transmits images to PACS. This is a full-time, day-shift position at Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, with hours from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates; eligibility and payout terms apply, with details provided during the interview process.
Requirements
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by the state.
- ARRT-R certification is required.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
- Current BCLS certification from the AHA.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred.
