About The Position

Performs a variety of activities to insure accuracy and completeness of technical fabrication documentation and test processes. Reviews and develops information for testing, fabrication, assembling and inspecting units, assemblies and systems based on review and knowledge of specifications, sketches, drawings, schematics and manufacturing process plans. Tracks and controls non-conformance documents and test anomalies. Reviews final build documentation for accuracy and assures control of build records and issuance of serial numbers.

Requirements

• Provide intermittent and final inspections, and support test operations on Electronics Manufacturing Facility products; wire harnesses, antennas, electronic boxes.
• Provide witness test, connector mate/demate and torque applications.
• Prepare paper and electronic documentation on nonconforming hardware.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, sketches, specifications and standards.
• Work from manufacturing work instructions and provide surveillance when needed.
